Diesel is delivered from 6AM to 10PM, and we are preparing to operate around the clock.

Fuel is sourced by Pepfuels directly from the depot and the registered dealers of (With dedicated facility) oil marketing companies. Pepfuels is the one and only company in India to source HSD from the refinery, which makes us different from the others in the industry and it is delivered to your location via PESO approved Bowsers after being subjected to quality and quantity tests. According to the standards of the Oil Safety Rules, fuel purity is measured. Before accepting delivery, the customer can confirm the fuel's quantity and quality.

You have the option of paying using a cheque, NEFT, POS machine, RTGS, or cash on delivery.

The government alters the fuel pricing mechanism every day. Pricing will be determined by the government-set Retail Selling Price in particular area. Pepfuels will charge from the customer as per the government price during delivery and delivery charges extra at the time of delivery as mentioned above.

Any sum paid in advance will be returned to the client's account in the event that the customer cancels under any circumstances, or the appointment may be rescheduled at the customer's request. Sending an email from a registered email address to accounts@pepfuels.com with the order and payment information will allow the consumer to get their money back. Within a week of verification, the money will be transferred to the consumers.
