Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager- Business Development

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the face of the company.
  • Win new business from current and potential target accounts utilizing the tools provided for effective execution of the sales process.
  • Establish strong relationships with existing client base in given territory at various levels with key business and technical contacts.
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Strategic planning with management is a key part of this job description.

Executive Sales

Job Summary

The Candidate will be responsible for the area sales and marketing along with client management and market research.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and adding new clients.
  • Preferred targets are Housing Societies (RWA), Shopping Malls, Hospitals, Corporate Offices, Manufacturing Factories, etc.
  • Candidate should be able to understand how to explain Commercials and negotiate the deal.

Desired Profile

  • Minimum 1 Year sales Experience but if you feel you can sell anything, just come over and meet us
  • preferred if you have experience from Industries like DG Sets, Lubricants/Fuel Industry, Spare Parts Sales and similar
  • Graduation Required.
  • Little Excel Knowledge.

Executive Backend Operations

Job Responsibilities

  • Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary.
  • Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise.
  • Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product.
  • Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team.
  • Arranges appointments with clients and sales team.
  • Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls.
  • Updates all contact information for clients.
  • Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary.
  • Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents
  • Follow up for the payments.
