Summary of the job:

The Role of Operations Manager / Assistant Manager will usually revolve around liaising between the demand from the Sales team/ Direct Clients. This position will be pivotal in ensuring the adherence to the Client requirements basis the respective agreement with the client and seamless delivery towards the same.

Job Responsibilities
  • Planning & Demand management.
  • Real time response to coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Adherence to vendors/customers / Internal Team queries. Manage daily orders received from our potential customers.
  • Manage the complete supply chain from sourcing to delivery controlled via system.
  • Knowledge of documentations, CRM and compliances.
  • Manage vehicles efficiencies, minimize losses and increase output productivity.
  • Manage team /fleet pilots on ground for deliveries.
  • Manage vehicle maintenance.
Desired Skills
  • 5-7 years of working experience in logistics industry.
  • Open to travel.
  • Efficient in MIS and reporting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the overall operations of a company's sales force, development and implementation of annual sales.

  • Shall be responsible for coordination & facilitation of various processes for a smoother flow of business.

Desired Profile
  • Preferably MBA/PGDM.

  • Act as the face of the company.

  • Participate in pricing the solution/service.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
